ERS Premium Care?

Maintenance and coverage plans are few and far in between, it can be a complex route for any solar PV system owner to tackle on their own. So we’ve created a complete post-installation care plan. Know that you’ll be dealing with an established solar energy company backed by years of maintenance expertise.

ERS Premium Care comes in 3 plans;
i. Basic
ii. Plus
iii.Plus MB.

Plan offerings

Annual servicing to ensure solar PV system produces optimal generation, including panel-cleaning

Repair of any roof leakage where solar PV system is placed, within 14 days of installation or maintenance

Response within 48 working hours of system failure notification

Remote monitoring for problem prompting (only via inverter / logger with internet access)

On-loan inverter for uninterrupted energy generation while faulty one is being repaired or replaced

(only applicable to ERS Premium Care Plus and Plus MB)

Coverage to replace damaged solar PV parts and system due to fire, lightning, storm, flood, explosion, bursting of water pipes, theft, impact by vehicle

(only applicable to ERS Premium Care Plus and Plus MB)
